Rude and incompetent

Anonymous · constituent · interaction ·

★☆☆☆☆

I asked for assistance with receiving documents in an accessible format. I also asked for help in other areas. She refused to help, fobbed me off and became very cheeky when I asked for clarification. "Am well aware of my duties" was her response when I pointed out she is required to help constituents with problems. She took the easy road out. Couldn't be bothered to help me. It seems they like to do as little as possible for their £77K salary - with absolutely no one overseeing their performance. For all anyone knows she fobs off 95% of constituents and "helps" those she can be bothered with or that will boost her public image.
